11 vs. 11 games make training comeback
For the first time in 2.5 months, the Valencia CF squad were able to play an 11-a-side training game at the Ciudad Deportiva this Monday. This was the first time that the entire group had been able to train together, following the safety guidelines put in place by LaLiga for the return of football in Spain.

The session began with activation exercises and 'rondos,' amidst a happy atmosphere as the players were finally able to participate with all of their colleagues alongside them.

The collective sessions allow the extension of exercises and also spaces. Almost the entirety of the training pitch was used for work on fitness, endurance and tactics, under the watchful eye of the coaching staff.

An 11 vs. 11 game concluded the morning session, progressing from the 5 vs. 5 and 7 vs. 7 games of recent days. The workouts are ever more closely resembling those undertaken before the COVID-19 pandemic, with LaLiga nearing its return.
